The AI Opportunity Preview runs in your browser. The website does not upload or store the answers you enter. When you choose to send an enquiry, the page opens your email application with a prepared message for you to review and send.
Information you choose to send
FreeUp AI may receive your name, business name, contact details and information about the process you want help with. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether FreeUp AI can help and provide agreed consulting services.
Business data used in a project
Initial demonstrations and pilots can use fictional, sample or low-risk information. Before real business data is used, the scope, access, storage, approval points and expected deletion or return of information will be agreed with you. FreeUp AI aims to use only the minimum information needed for the work.
Storage and sharing
- Enquiries and project records may be kept in access-controlled business email and Google Drive records.
- Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
- Information is only shared with service providers needed to operate the business or deliver work you have agreed to.
- Sensitive or regulated information is not used unless responsibilities and safeguards have been agreed explicitly.
Access, correction and deletion
To ask what information is held, request a correction or discuss deletion, email [email protected]. Reasonable requests will be handled promptly, subject to any records FreeUp AI must retain for legal, tax or contractual purposes.
